A little about me; I am a mum of two young boys. I have always been interested in health and fitness but didn't make a career of it until after I'd had my first child. I am also not a naturally skinny person as so many personal trainers are. I understand the daily battle to maintain a healthy body through exercise and correct nutrition.
With both my pregnancies I gained almost 30kg and I've lost it all (and more) both times. I am fitter, stronger and leaner now than before I had kids and it is my passion to help other mums achieve this goal.
