I offer FREE CONSULTATIONS prior to commencing training and ensure that we are both on the same page when it comes to understanding what you are wanting to achieve from having a personal trainer.
I get to know all my clients extremely well. It is important to me to develop trust and rapport with everyone I work with and I offer unprecedented access to my help and support whenever needed.
I don't believe in one size fits all programs - every gym, home or outdoor program I write is tailor made to each individual client in order for you to reach your goals in the most efficient and enjoyable way possible.
HIIT The Bar is the result of one woman who made the startling discovery after years of slogging it out on the treadmill or crosstrainer for hours on end, that I could change my body by cutting out steady state cardio and combining high intensity interval training (HIIT) with resistance training.
